2. Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Requests made after this period will not be accepted unless the product was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns may be initiated for the following reasons:

  • You are not satisfied with the product (within the 30-day window).
  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or in an unsatisfactory condition.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product was not delivered within a reasonable time frame (subject to shipping carrier confirmation).

4. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a refund or return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided.
  • For damaged or incorrect items, photographs of the product and packaging may be required.
  • Products that have been tampered with, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose may not be eligible for a full refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return

6. Return Shipping Costs

Where the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For returns based on personal preference (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

8. Non-Returnable Items

9. EU / EEA Consumer Rights

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 14 calendar days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), without providing a reason ("cooling-off period").
